Staffed Clinic Reception Hours

As we are a small boutique clinic, we do not have a dedicated receptionist in our clinic reception. You are more than welcome to pop in however we are usually in treatment, so we do recommend calling ahead. You will likely speak to one of our offsite managers, Amy or Cecilia. They are able to assist with bookings, cancellations and reschedules of appointments – however you may also like to book your massage online today, 24/7.

We can arrange gift vouchers for pick up in clinic reception, however this can take up to 24 hours so please call ahead if you want to arrange this. If you urgently require a gift, we recommend you purchase your customised gift vouchers here via our secure online shop.

Being a small clinic and with high demand for our treatments, we are often booked out. If you cannot find a time that suits you via our online booking system, We do encourage you to call or email us to request to be added to our wait list. We always do our very best to accommodate all clients on our wait list.

We thank you in advance for your understanding in regards to our lack of reception staff – these methods of contact allow us to keep costs down. The clinic is a place of practice for multiple therapists, all of whom run their own business and earn your fees direct. The clinic charges them a small administration fee for the use of premises and business services. In order to afford a receptionist, the clinic would need to increase this fee to the therapists significantly. This would lead the therapist to have to pass that increase in cost on to you, the client. So whilst we understand that at times it can be frustrating that we don’t have someone available to help you if you drop in, We believe this allows us to ensure a balance of reasonable fees charged to the therapists.  This allows them to continue to offer reasonable treatment fees to you so that you can benefit from regular treatment when required.
